Families will design and build 3D paper cubes that connect with magnets to complete circuits and light up LEDs.  \nParticipants will work together to create a glowing\, modular structure while learning how circuits work and exploring the connection between engineering and design. Each participant can take their creation home to continue experimenting.   \nYou will discover:  \n\nHow electrical circuits work \nHow magnets connect circuits \nEngineering and design principles \nHow to build a light-up circuit cube \n\nSTEAM Saturday invites families to explore science\, technology\, engineering\, art and math through creative activities that encourage curiosity\, problem-solving and discovery.  \nThis event is free with Discovery Park admission or membership.
